Is when you get a SAP virtual machine file and want to load to the virtual machine system and run correctly, you need a series of steps. Before the follow -up operation, first confirm that the virtual machine file is VMware type, that is, the suffix is ​​".vmdk".
The VMWARE software is required in the host host. The version of this document example is 7.1.3. Enter the correct license number to make it use normally.
The virtual machine delivered to you is just a file. The example file name is ERP60_EHP5_IDES_WIN64_OorAcLE.VMDK, which contains EHP5 IDES system. The file is equivalent to a physical hard disk with two partitions inside, and the Windows system, Oracle database and ERP server are installed. Due to the large volume, it is compressed into multiple files by scores and is burned into multiple DVD discs.
The compressed files that numbers the sequential numbers in each DVD disc were copied to the hard disk. You can see that one of the executable files (suffix is ​​.exe). Double -click the mouse to run this program and decompress it to a specified directory. This The directory can be the same as the subsequent virtual machine working directory.
